Team story

Once upon a time, TLC Property Partners had all experienced the ups and downs of the stock market and were frustrated landlords, getting calls in the middle of the night about leaking toilets or broken appliances.  Out of that, the team was determined to create a company that operated with interest income, owning the debt and servicing the payments like a bank. Together, they formed TLC Property Partners LLC, and their mission was to provide long term cash flow for passive investors. With their knowledge and experience, they have helped many individuals achieve financial stability through real estate investments.
